i promise to get back to all your lovely comments from all you sweeter than sweet lovelies, as soon as i've completely finished all my work. i'm having to travel up to the city of nottingham on monday to hand it all in, so i'll have no excuses after then.
but, i give you my final creations, although, some still need buttons, hook and eyes, elastic and a few stitches.
not sure whether i mentioned what my project was about. but it was first based on the schoolgirl look, which i've taken shapes from certain elements. and childlike and girly aspects. then, i focused on the idea of 'growing up and staying young'. like when we were younger, all we did was dress up in our mother's heels, wear her pears and lipstick and be older and sophisticated. now, our mid twenties and upwards, all you hear from those grown-ups are "oh, to be young again!".
i played with the sizes. long long leggings, short and sweet dress, oversized t shirt and oversized cardigan.
anyway, a few photos from the shoot..
photos were taken by my magic friend who loves neon orange watches and loves to buy sparkly sequin trinket boxes for her friends (which i have an addiction for).
