Monday

Motivational Monday #8

Sometimes you can get upset over the silliest of things. Sometimes you can get upset over really important things. Sometimes you can get upset over people that are not worth your tears.

Last week I got upset about all the above... and at the time it made sense to be sad about it all but once I mopped up my tears and had a decent night sleep it all became clear. There will always be MUCH better things to be happy about than the probably small (but at the time you think are big) things you're sad about. I promise! I know it's hard to think of this when you're sobbing so hard you feel your heart is going to fall out of your chest, but we need to try harder to realise this earlier and change that. It is hard... but how boring would life be if it didn't throw us a challenge or two?!

Sending all my love and happy vibes your way this Monday. You all mean so much to me and deserve only happiness.
Hugs.

  1. I definitely had one of those weeks last week too! But 12 days without a break will do that to you! I can't believe how different I feel now I am on my third day off, oh and a glass of mulled wine or two this weekend!

Here is to better things this week!

  2. This is such a lovely post. I always have days where I feel really down, usually when I have lots of work to do that I don't understand.

  3. Great post! I think it's good to let yourself be sad for a little while (I find crying always makes me feel better!), and then move on, forget about your problem and instead think of all the great things in your life.

  6. Great post! I'm usually a very patient person. But everyone has his ups and downs. When I'm not in the mood I become very tetchy and I get upset over little things. But I can't be mad too long :D
